If I am having a good day or even a bad day, I love to express how my day was and my feelings throughout the day through my words and movements. Life should be focused on what makes you happy.

My belief is that life should be about finding what makes you happy. I was lucky to find a few things that truly make me happy; dancing and writing poetry just for fun are things I do to escape and be happy.

What I am saying is not that we should all be happy all the time, but by trying to find what will make us content is what we should do. By regularly visiting with neighbors, Columbus believes these small conversations and connections are the key to a vibrant democratic society.

Being able to find something, like I did, where you can truly express yourself is one of the best ways to make your life rich and full.The power of anger, can raise inside until it tears you apart But the power of a smile, especially yours, can heal a frozen heart.

A smile is a contagious thing. Give to the world and the world will give back to you. Smile at the world and the world will smile back at you.

Smiles can, and should, be shared with strangers and acquaintances as well as with loved ones. As we learn from Shammai in the Ethics of the Fathers 2, it is important to greet everyone with a pleasant facial expression (a smiling countenance). From a friendly smile to a more romantic smile, there are many different smiles and different ways the act of smiling can be done.

“Smiles can communicate feelings as different as love or contempt, pride or submission, flirtatiousness or polite tolerance.”[4] The act of smiling may often be induced by showing kindness.
